PLANTIC™ EP Resin is a high barrier resin for Industrial convertors and laminators who wish to provide next generation of high barrier coatings and sheets for traditional and non-traditional packaging materials.
High Barrier Resin for Barrier Lamination, Solution Coating or Extrusion coating
Made from high amylose starch, a renewable resource that will lower your packaging greenhouse gas emissions.
High solids with varying viscosities provide suitability on a multitude of coaters, extruders and printers.
Solution coated, extruded, laminated, mixed or treated to maintain high barrier renewable solutions for a multitude of substrates such as Paper, Ridged and Flexible Plastics.
Ultra-low Gas Barrier Transmission providing extended shelf life, compliments paper as a recyclable offering.
APPLICATIONS
PLANTIC™ Resin is suitable for a variety of Industrial applications through coating, extrusion or lamination to create recyclable barrier properties.

Plantic manufacturing location in Australia is accredited to Food Safety System Certification 22000 (FSSC 22000).
FOOD COMPLIANCE APPROVAL.
This product meets the requirements of Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetics Act. This includes FDA Food Types, as defined in 21CFR176.170(c), III, IVA, V, VIIA, VIII and IX for conditions of use E through G.
