Product Information – PLANTIC™ HP Resin Material

PLANTIC™ HP is a high barrier thermoformable, water dissolvable packaging material made predominantly from starch, using state of the art technology.

High Barrier Compostable packaging material

Made from high amylose starch, a renewable resource that will lower your packaging greenhouse gas emissions.

Clear, Grease proof, water dissolvable, aroma capture barrier, extruded film.

Can be formed into trays, compliments paper as a barrier that maintains recyclability.

Ultra-low gas barrier transmission providing extended shelf life.

APPLICATIONS

PLANTIC™ HP material is suitable for a variety of applications that require a compostable, renewable, dissolvable, barrier sheet or film. 

QUALITY

Plantic manufacturing location in Australia is accredited to Food Safety System Certification 22000 (FSSC 22000).

FOOD COMPLIANCE APPROVAL.

This product meets the requirements of Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetics Act. This includes Food Types, as defined in 21CFR176.170(c), III, IVA, V, VIIA, VIII and IX for conditions of use E through G.
