PLANTIC™ HP is a renewable sourced high-barrier performance resin. Ready to be rehydrated for extrusion lamination or solution coating, Plantic™ HP is compatible with traditional and non-traditional packaging materials to create a sustainable, paper-based barrier solution. Unique to Plantic™ HP has the ability to replace or allow for many of today’s unrecyclable multi layered materials to be recyclable. Suitable for Industrial convertors and laminators of multiple substrates.

Providing good OGR, aroma capture and puncture resistant, Plantic™ sheet is suitable for further lamination or as a renewable material on its own. Ideal for ambient stable products requiring gas barriers to minimize waste and reduce greenhouse gases.
PLANTIC™ PF Recyclable Paper
High-Barrier Paper/Plantic
PLANTIC™ PF delivers high-barrier performance through a 2-layer structure of Paper/Plantic replacing traditional flexible materials whilst maintaining full pack recyclability and supporting *recycling labelling whilst reducing EPR fees and GHG’s. Delivered as a barrier paper, it provides for further conversion with sealants, print, OPV and pouch conversion.

PLANTIC™ Lidding MAP
Robust 43um EVOH lidding film in a lock seal or peelable seal, matching this with Plantic recyclable base web both lidding and tray achieve recyclability. Using a polyethylene seal for robust seals, leak proof trays that extend shelf life and reduced food waste for customer satisfaction. Films made under FSSC 22000 accredited manufacturing process, with full scale printing options that have up to 8 colour’s within a registered Matte OPV coating if required.

High-Barrier PLANTIC™
PLANTIC™ FX delivers light weight, high-barrier performance in a flexible top and base web for a range of demanding high barrier applications including high values proteins. Affording the ability to downgauge, and reduce EPR fees, Plantic™ FX provides a puncture resistance, clear, low gauge packaging film from renewable resources for lower GHG’s and reduced food waste.
