Product Information - PLANTIC™ PF Recyclable Paper

PLANTIC™ PF Paper is a 3-layer barrier paper for pouch making and convertors who wish to provide next generation of high barrier coatings for recyclable paper packaging materials.

High Barrier packaging material for Paper

Made from high amylose starch, a renewable resource that will lower your packaging greenhouse gas emissions.

Paper/Plantic/ Dry Sealant or Polyethylene with a variety of different weights and properties for small and large packages for food and non-food paper structures.

High sealing strength Paper for pouch making with zero “stickies,” no wet strength paper whilst maintain grease proof, aroma, and recycling properties.

Ultra-low Gas Barrier Transmission providing extended shelf life, compliments high value ambient stable or fresh food products inhibiting gas exchanges.

APPLICATIONS

PLANTIC™ PF is suitable for a variety of Industrial applications for Fibre (Paper and Cardboard).  This product is not designed for microwaveable and oven heat applications. Can be used on readily available Pouch making, filling, VFFS, HVFFS packaging machines.

QUALITY

Plantic manufacturing location in Australia is accredited to Food Safety System Certification 22000 (FSSC 22000).

FOOD COMPLIANCE APPROVAL.

This product meets the requirements of Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetics Act. This includes FDA Food Types, as defined in 21CFR176.170(c), III, IVA, V, VIIA, VIII and IX for conditions of use E through G.
